Dog Walking Volunteers do more than walk dogs. We play an essential role in the rehabilitation process for these lovely pups which helps find their forever home. Being in a shelter is stressful.  It's important that we provide exercise, mental stimulation and socialization. For the dog's well-being, our goal is to get them out no less than 4 times a day. Volunteer: Sit, Stay & Sip at The Standard

A "yappy hour"-style restaurant event, with 2-3 dogs in x-pen(s) in outside covered area with huge fans; instead of raffle, will have patrons bring donations from our web site's wish list (will also post some of the desirable items on the flyer once it's created!) & receive a drink ticket for their donation.  Volunteers will wrangle pups, accept donated items and keep organized, give out drink tickets, assist in general; restaurant will donate back a percentage of the food/beverage sales to Tri-County
